ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and view purchased course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. This licence does not include any right to: • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content in any form • Distribute, publish, or share course content with any third party • Create derivative works based on our content • Use our content for commercial purposes of any kind
3. Strict Anti-Piracy Policy
LA Blogs has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards piracy and unauthorised distribution of our content. The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and constitute a serious violation of these Terms: ❌ Reselling or redistributing any course content, in whole or in part ❌ Sharing your account credentials or course access links with others ❌ Uploading, posting, or sharing our content on any platform (YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Torrent sites, etc.) ❌ Screen recording, downloading, or capturing course videos by any means ❌ Creating mirror websites or platforms that host our content ❌ Selling, sublicensing, or transferring your course access to any other person ❌ Using our content to create competing courses or educational products Violation of this policy will result in: • Immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund • Legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws • Civil claims for damages, including statutory damages • Criminal prosecution where applicable under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
4. Legal Action for Violations
LA Blogs actively monitors for piracy and unauthorised distribution of its content. We use digital fingerprinting, watermarking, and other tracking technologies to identify violations. If you are found to have violated our intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to: • Pursue civil litigation and seek injunctive relief • Claim compensatory and punitive damages • Report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities • Issue DMCA takedown notices to platforms hosting pirated content • Seek recovery of all legal costs and attorney fees We take these violations extremely seriously. Ignorance of these terms is not a valid defence. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these anti-piracy terms.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Each account is for a single user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing or multiple simultaneous logins from different locations.
6. Course Access & Enrolment
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s). Course access is granted for personal use only. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. In the event of significant content removal, we will provide reasonable notice or a suitable alternative.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at support.lablogs@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our courses will meet your specific expectations or career outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LA Blogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or courses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
